Early Bird Montessori School was born from a mother’s love, a teacher’s calling, and a belief that children deserve more than care. At EBM, all children deserve respect, purpose, and joy in learning.
Over 20 years of nurturing excellence
Our director, Sithy Mashoor, is an AMI Montessori–trained teacher and a devoted mother. After the birth of her daughter, Sithy faced a challenge familiar to many families: finding high- quality, nurturing childcare that truly honored a child’s development. When the right environment didn’t exist, she left her job to stay home with her daughter; that decision became the beginning of something special.
In 2003, Sithy opened her home to four infants, creating a small Montessori environment rooted in independence, observation, and love. What started as a simple home-based program quickly grew through word of mouth, trust, and the visible confidence and happiness of the children.
Over the years, Early Bird Montessori has grown thoughtfully and intentionally. Today, we are proud to serve over 60 children, offering a carefully prepared Montessori environment that supports each child’s natural curiosity, independence, and love for learning.
Though we have grown in size, our heart remains the same. Early Bird Montessori continues to be a place where children are seen, respected, and guided—just as Sithy first envisioned all those years ago.
