Ideal Candidates will possess:
- Montessori training / experience
- At least 2 years experience working in Montessori/ Pre School
- The ability to interact with parents and co-workers in a warm, empathetic, confident manner
- The organizational and administrative skills to independently manage this program
- The ability to speak about Montessori theory and practice in a manner that is accessible to parents
